How we decide what ships
Work starts from a concrete operator problem, not a feature list. A prototype has to fail honestly. If it cannot survive use in a product or venture path, it stays research. We prefer fewer claims and clearer outcomes over broad studio slogans.
Why ventures matter
A live storefront or operated business is the cheapest truth serum we have. Shopper and operator behavior tells us what broke, what held, and what to fix next. That feedback shapes product priorities and research questions.
